as you may or may not know, I do private chef work in addition to being a recipe developer. my favorite events to cook for are ones that feel just like a little dinner party where I do all the cooking for you and your friends.

because I have an event coming up this month, I’m going to share the menu that I will actually be using! for months when I don’t have an event, I’ll make a seasonal dinner party menu that you can take and throw your own party, or just use for inspo.

this party has such a fun menu! the client really let me take creative control, but she also wanted some specific international cuisines. there are EIGHT different things on this menu, including two desserts!!

the menu is packed with a little bit of everything and definitely something for everyone. but also, lots of my fav – fish <3
