do you feel like summer is ending? like this sweet, sunny, section of the year is so fleeting? well, let me stop you.
SUMMER IS STILL HERE! It’s just now peak tomato season! we have so much time (& produce) left!
everything about this pasta is just so joyful. it includes peaches, which might sound odd, but it works. if the sweetness of the peaches makes you a lil ~nervy~ then just use very unripe peaches. they’ll still be tart, but not so sweet.
