now, I already have an extremely popular cod recipe that went viral last year. however, that wasn’t a part of this series, so I dared to make a different cod recipe, and I think it’s pretty good!

this recipe involved oven-roasting the cod, which makes it feel pretty hands-off. plus, cod is a very forgiving fish because of how flaky it is, so its harder to overcook! the sauce is buttery and tangy, and very garlicky.
