let’s get to know each other real fast: My name is Emily and I am the recipe developer behind Legally Healthy Blonde, as well as a private chef, graduate student, and lover of all things food.
I am so excited to welcome you to my kitchen table. The name the kitchen table comes from the concept of a kitchen table or chef’s table that is sometimes a premium offering at fine dining restaurants. It is literally a table inside the kitchen of a restaurant.
Just as those diners pay a premium to see how it all goes down, you get an exclusive seat to the table of my kitchen! Plus, a subscription to the kitchen table substack is quite a lot cheaper than a kitchen table reservation, lol.
