for those of you with resolutions to eat super healthy, go meatless, go gluten free, etc, then this recipe may not be for you. (Just kidding, I’ll have substitutions suggested for all kinds of diets).
but, for those of you with a bit of seasonal depression (hi, its me), this recipe will absolutely hit the spot. its a take on a lasagna soup, which is basically all of the ingredients for lasagna (including the broken lasagna noodles) turned into a soup! This version is a cream-based one with chicken included. it’s warm, comforting, and full of flavor.
