What is the kitchen table?

I am so glad you asked! The name the kitchen table comes from the concept of a kitchen table or chef’s table that is sometimes a premium offering at fine dining restaurants. It is literally a table inside the kitchen of a restaurant.

Just as those diners pay a premium to see how it all goes down, you get an exclusive seat to the table of my kitchen! Plus, a subscription to the kitchen table sub stack is quite a lot cheaper than a kitchen table reservation, lol.
