Technically 4 if you can afford it, lol! But if you can only do 2, that's fine too! Maybe add a little extra butter or something to add to the creaminess

Is it 1/2 cup orzo or 1/4 cup orzo? Both are referenced in the recipe!

I’m moving right now but flagging this to make as soon as my kitchen is up and running! I don’t eat pork.. any thoughts on an alternative?? (I know I know.. my husbands half Italian and won’t let me hear the end of how much I’m missing haha! But I make due)

It might be hard to find but if you can get some duck bacon or duck prosciutto I think that would work really well!!
